Skip’s Parmesan Mac & Cheese

Recipe Introduction
This is so uncomplicated and comforting and delicious. Skip used a Barilla mini macaroni, which I couldn’t find, so I used something from Whole Foods called ‘casarecce’. That worked fine – it has little curls to hold the sauce. I think that I might try this with half Parmesan, half Fontina.
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
3-4 oz. grated Parmesan
3-4 oz. heavy cream
1 oz. butter
Salt and pepper
Pinch of cayenne
Recipe
While the pasta is hot, add the butter and stir to melt. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Serves 4.
