1 c. water
½ c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Vanilla pudding (big box – the kind you add 3 c. milk to, but add only 2)
Canned dark chocolate frosting
Recipe
Make pudding and cool, using only 2 c. milk.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water and butter to boil. Stir in all flour at once, stir vigorously over low hat for 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat eggs into mixture all at once until smooth. Drop ½ c. onto ungreased cooky sheet, 3” apart. Wet hands and smooth the dough into oblongs 4 ½” x 1 ½”. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until golden. Cook and cut tops partially off. Pull out soft dough in the middle. Fill puffs with vanilla pudding and frost with frosting. Refrigerate.
