Delicious and easy. You can get all of the ingredients ready ahead of time and assemble at the last minute. We all agreed that this would benefit from a good grind of black pepper and maybe a drizzle of very good olive oil. The original recipe called for this to be grilled, but I just did it in the oven.
2 packages Stonefire Original Naan (4 flatbreads)
8 oz. brie cheese, sliced thin
Bleu cheese, crumbled – a couple of handfuls
Red seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 t. minced fresh rosemary, or more to taste
Arugula
Sea salt
Recipe
Heat oven to 400F. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper. Place naans on sheet pans.
Top each naan with Brie and Bleu cheeses. Add the grape halves. Sprinkle with a little rosemary. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and top with arugula and salt. Cut and serve.
