    Bruce posted this pork dish at eGullet and it looked and sounded delicious. He very kindly gave me all the information. It was really good. Very tender and flavorful.

    List of Ingredients




    2 pork tenderloins, cut into chunks
    1 C. coconut milk
    1/4 C. fish sauce
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    6 cilantro roots (or stems), minced
    2 T. soy sauce
    3 T. sugar
    1 t. white pepper
    1 T. ground coriander seed

    Recipe



    Place the pork in a large ziplock bag. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours. Place the pork on skewers and grill over medium-high heat until done.

    Serves 6-8.
