Kim’s Ribs with Rib Rub
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
I got the method for doing these from Marlene and then made up my own rub. After baking for the four hours, Marlene simply unwraps the ribs, brushes on some sauce, ups the oven temperature to 325 and brushes on the sauce a few times. I decided to crisp mine up on the grill since we like the burnt bits. As far as amounts for the rub goes, I just sprinkled the ingredients on separately in almost equal amounts. Perhaps a couple of teaspoons of each per side.
List of Ingredients
RUB:
Sugar
Brown sugar
Mustard powder
Paprika
Italian seasoning
Worcestershire pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Sliced onions
RIBS:
Rack of ribs
BBQ sauce
Honey
Recipe
Sprinkle the ribs with the rub ingredients. Top with sliced onions and wrap tightly in heavy duty foil. If you are cooking more than one rack, wrap each one separately. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 250 and bake the wrapped ribs for 4 hours on a baking sheet. When done, open and remove and discard the onion.
Mix the BBQ sauce and honey (about 2:1) and preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the ribs, brushing with the sauce until they are as glazed and burnt as you like them.
