List of Ingredients
2 T. butter
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
½ c. slice green onions (white and green parts)
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1 ½” slices
¼ c. Madeira wine
1 T. Worcestershire
1 T. cornstarch mixed with 1 T. water
Recipe
Melt butter on medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms and green onion 2 – 3 minutes. Season pork with pepper. Add to skillet. Cook until browned, turning once. Add wine, ¼ c. water and Worcestershire. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove pork; keep warm. Add cornstarch/water mixture. Stir and cook until thickened. Add pork back to pan to rewarm.
Serves 4 – 6.
