    Stephanie's Jerk Pork Tenderloin

    Recipe Introduction

    This was a delicious tenderloin that Stephanie made when she and Gary visited us in June 2008. So good and not too hot for me. She served this with a sweet curry cous cous and a great spinach salad with a maple vinaigrette.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 of a 2 oz. jar of Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning
    3/4 ths of a 15 oz jar of Bronco Bobs Tangy Chipotle Sauce
    2 pork tenderloins

    Recipe

    Mix the first 2 ingredients together, rub on the tenderloin and place tenderloin and mixture into ziplock plastic bag and massage meat to work around to cover all parts of meat. Marinate at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. When grilling, baste with leftover Bronco Bobs sauce.
