Recipe Introduction


This is just the amounts needed for when we do a big chicken bbq sandwich meal for a large group - like when Mike feeds his entire agency. It fed 45 with lots of leftovers!


List of Ingredients




10 roasted chickens
about 1 qt. Short Sugar's BBQ sauce
about 3 large (Costco sized) bottles of prepared BBQ sauce

Recipe



Shred the chicken while still warm and add the sauces to taste.

Heat in the Nesco for about 4 hours.

Feeds 45 PLUS!
