Chicken Paprika

Recipe Introduction
Lowfat and really good! Serve with noodles and German green beans.
List of Ingredients
- ¼ c. nonfat yoghurt
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1 ½ t. sweet Hungarian paprika
- ¼ t. garlic powder
- ¼ t. chicken broth granules
- ¼ t. pepper
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 chicken breast halves – skinned
- Pam
- 2 t. minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl. Brush chicken with the mixture, reserving remaining mixture.
- Place chicken, bone side up, on a broiling pan coated with Pam. Broil 4 – 5” from the heat source for 10 minutes, basting frequently. Turn over and broil another 12 minutes, basting. Sprinkle with parsley.
