    Lowfat and really good! Serve with noodles and German green beans.


    List of Ingredients


    • ¼ c. nonfat yoghurt
    • 1 T. minced onion
    • 1 ½ t. sweet Hungarian paprika
    • ¼ t. garlic powder
    • ¼ t. chicken broth granules
    • ¼ t. pepper
    • 1 T. lemon juice
    • 2 chicken breast halves – skinned
    • Pam
    • 2 t. minced fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl. Brush chicken with the mixture, reserving remaining mixture.
    2. Place chicken, bone side up, on a broiling pan coated with Pam. Broil 4 – 5” from the heat source for 10 minutes, basting frequently. Turn over and broil another 12 minutes, basting. Sprinkle with parsley.
