Crunchy Pecan Chicken

Recipe Introduction
Super easy. If you don't want to buy buttermilk for this, just use milk to dip the chicken and add the buttermilk powder to the Bisquick.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 t. Creole seasoning
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. butter - melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine biscuit mix, creole seasoning, salt, paprika and pecans. Dip chicken into buttermilk and coat with dry mix. Place in a greased pan. Drizzle butter over chicken and bake, uncovered, for one hour.
