    Lowfat recipe. No exact measurements. Really, really easy and good. Serve with noodles to soak up the sauce!


    List of Ingredients


    • Dijon mustard
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • White wine
    • Evaporated skimmed milk, chilled
    • Cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat chicken w/ Dijon. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Place in baking dish. Pour wine over.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done. Remove chicken and keep warm. Pour wine into a saucepan. Mix milk and cornstarch and add to the wine and bring to a boil until thickened. Serve over the chicken.
