    Lemon BBQ’d Chicken

    Recipe Introduction


    Juicy and flavorful low-fat chicken! The original recipe calls for bone-in and skin-on breast halves, so using the boneless, skinless breasts will result in less fat and calories than stated.

    List of Ingredients




    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 t. grated lemon zest
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. dry mustard
    1/2 t. dried oregano
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 T. chopped scallions
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Place each breast half in a plastic bag and pound out to about 1/2-inch flat pieces. Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the breasts. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side.

    Serves 6.
