Momma's Chicken and Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Introduction
Really simple and good for a work night dinner.
List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 1 can or box of artichoke hearts (thawed if frozen) - coarsely chopped
- 1 cup of slice mushrooms
- 2 T butter, divided
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Instructions
- Melt 1 T. butter and olive oil in a saute pan. Add chicken and garlic and saute until done. Remove from pan. Keep warm.
- Add other tablespoon of butter to the pan and saute artichoke hearts and mushrooms for until tender - about 5-7 minutes.
- Deglaze the pan with the wine. Add the chicken back to the pan. Get everything hot and serve.
