Good and easy and low fat!
List of Ingredients
- ¼ c. hoisin sauce
- 1 T. rice wine
- 1 T. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 T. dark brown sugar
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. grated ginger
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ lbs.)
- 1 T. sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large shallow bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, sesame oil, scallion and garlic. Stir until well blended. Add the chicken thighs and turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Light a hot fire in a grill or preheat the broiler. Grill or broil the chicken 4” from the heat, turning once, until browned, 5 – 7 minutes per side. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken.

Serves 3 to 4.
