    Recipe Introduction

This is so very easy to make, but tastes wonderful! No breading, frying, etc. Just a stop at the deli and buy the already pounded breasts and you have dinner in no time! I don’t specify amounts because you can make this for as many or as few as you need – I have even cooked then frozen them and they were fine (not the béarnaise sauce, though!).

    List of Ingredients

    • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves (one per person), pounded thin
    • Thin sliced ham (1 piece per breast half)
    • Muenster cheese (1 piece per breast half)
    • Salt and pepper
    • Tarragon
    • Parsley
    • Paprika
    • Dijon mustard
    • Béarnaise sauce

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place 1 slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each breast half; brush with about ½ t. Dijon, sprinkle with salt, pepper, (a very little) tarragon, parsley and paprika, and roll up, securing with toothpicks.
    3. Bake about 1 hour, or until done and serve with béarnaise sauce.
