    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe sounds so simple, but it tastes so rich and wonderful! One of our favorites that my mother-in-law Judy makes often.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 2 T. lemon juice
    • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 1/2 t. celery salt
    • 1 t. paprika
    • 1/4 t. garlic salt
    • 1 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/2 t. pepper
    • 2 c. bread crumbs
    • 1/2 c. butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients except for chicken, bread crumbs and butter. Marinate chicken in the mixture overnight. Turn once or twice while marinating.
    2. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and bake in a baking dish in which the butter has been melted. Bake one hour, uncovered. Turn once while baking. Remove from oven and drain on a heavy brown bag.
