List of Ingredients
2 t. salt
1 t. paprika
¾ t. cayenne
½ t. onion powder
½ t. thyme
½ t. white pepper
¼ t. garlic powder
¼ t. black pepper
3 lb. chicken, cut up or whole
1 c. chopped onions
Recipe
Combine 1st eight ingredients. Rub over chicken. Put in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Stuff onions in chicken or sprinkle under pieces in pan. Roast chicken for about 5 hours, basting with pan juices.
Serves 6 - 8.
