Recipe Introduction


I sent out a request for family recipes recently and this was one that my cousin sent to me. Aunt San was Bomo's sister and Momma thinks that this was probably their mother's cornbread recipe, so it seems to be a pretty old recipe. Use this to make Aunt San's cornbread dressing.



List of Ingredients




2 C. white cornmeal
1 C. flour
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 T. sugar
1 egg
1 C. milk
1/4 c. oil


Recipe



Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Grease pan well. Mix all ingredients and bake for about 25 minutes.
