    Crescent Banana Boats

    Pillsbury Crescent Idea Cookbook

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. chopped, salted peanuts
    • 1/4 c. coconut
    • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    • 1/4 t. cinnamon
    • 1/4 t. nutmeg
    • 8 oz. can crescent rolls
    • 2 firm bananas - cut in half crosswise
    • 1 T. lemon juice
    • 1/4 c. maple syrup
    • 1/4 c. powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2. In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Sprinkle with peanut mixture. Dip each banana half in lemon juice, then in syrup. Place on narrow end of rectangle; roll up. Pinch edges well to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased cooky sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.

    3. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. confectioners sugar while warm and cut each roll into 4 pieces with a serrated knive.
