Crescent Banana Boats

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped, salted peanuts
- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 2 firm bananas - cut in half crosswise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Sprinkle with peanut mixture. Dip each banana half in lemon juice, then in syrup. Place on narrow end of rectangle; roll up. Pinch edges well to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased cooky sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 c. confectioners sugar while warm and cut each roll into 4 pieces with a serrated knive.
