    Crispy Crescent Cinnamon Twists

    Pillsbury Crescent Idea Cookbook

    List of Ingredients


    • TWISTS:
    • 1/4 c. brown sugar
    • 2 T. butter - softened
    • 2 t. cinnamon
    • 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
    • GLAZE:
    • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
    • 1 T. butter - melted
    • 1 - 2 T. hot water


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    2. TWISTS: Grease a cooky sheet. In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Spread two rectangles with butter mixture. Place remaining 2 rectangles over butter mixture, lightly press together. Cut each rectangle crosswise into 8 strips. Twist each strip tightly several times; seal ends. Bake 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from cooky sheet.

    3. GLAZE: In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm twists.
