Crusty Garlic & Herb Bread

Jessica made us a beautiful Italian dinner the other night. This was the bread – delicious!
List of Ingredients
½ c. softened sweet butter
6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 T. freshly grated Parmesan
1 t. fresh rosemary leaves
1 t. fresh thyme leaves
1 t. fresh oregano leaves
1 loaf sourdough country white bread
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Oil the inside of a mini food processor. Add the softened butter, garlic, cheese and herbs. Pulse until well combined.
Slice the bread into 1” thick slices. You will need 12 – 16 slices.
Spread the butter mixture onto one side of each bread slice. Arrange slices, butter side up and bake into the oven until lightly toasted, about 5 – 8 minutes.
Serves 4 – 6.
