    Some ideas for add ins for Pumpkin or Gingerbread mixes. They can be very good with just a little 'tinkering'. I make these in disposable aluminum mini loaf pans for giving away at the holidays.

    List of Ingredients

    Pumpkin or gingerbread mix
    raisins
    chocolate chips
    nuts
    cranberries - frozen or dried
    dried/candied fruit
    candied ginger
    coconut
    struesel topping
