List of Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 T. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 T. soft butter
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- CAKE:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- rest of package of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- TOPPING: Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Toss with chips. Set aside.
- CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, soda, powder and salt. Set aside.
- Mix sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour mix alternating with sour cream. Fold in chips. Put in greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Add topping half way through.
