    List of Ingredients


    • TOPPING:
    • 2 T. flour
    • 1 c. brown sugar
    • 4 T. soft butter
    • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
    • CAKE:
    • 2 c. flour
    • 1 t. baking powder
    • 1 t. baking soda
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/2 c. soft butter
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • rest of package of mini chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. TOPPING: Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Toss with chips. Set aside.

    2. CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    3. Combine flour, soda, powder and salt. Set aside.

    4. Mix sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour mix alternating with sour cream. Fold in chips. Put in greased 13x9 pan.

    5. Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Add topping half way through.
