    Gremolata is a wonderful condiment/garnish that goes really well with veal and also beef. Not sure if Michael’s recipe is all that different from anyone else’s, but it’s the one that I use.

    List of Ingredients




    2 T. minced fresh parsley
    1 T. minced garlic
    1 T. grated lemon zest


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
