Bleu Cheese Slaw

my version of a recipe from Rosemary's Restaurant
List of Ingredients
- ½ recipe my Blender Mayonnaise made with Sherry Vinegar
- 1 oz. + ½ c. Maytag Bleu cheese
- ½ head green cabbage, sliced very thin
- 3 green onions, sliced thin
Instructions
- Add the 1 oz. bleu cheese to the mayonnaise, mixing well.
- Add the onions to the cabbage and toss. Add enough mayonnaise to coat plus the ½ c. cheese and toss well. Chill.
Final Comments
Serves 6 – 8.
Delicious with BBQ Shrimp.
