Recipe Introduction


This purports to be the recipe for Applebee’s salad dressing for their Oriental Chicken Salad – about the only thing that I like at Applebee’s. I think it is pretty close. I found it slightly too sweet and had to add a bit of apple cider vinegar. I served it on a salad comprised of Napa cabbage, carrots, cucumber and radishes and topped with sliced almonds and fried noodles.


List of Ingredients




6 T. honey
3 T. rice wine vinegar
1/2 C. mayo
2 t. Dijon
1/4 t. sesame oil


Recipe



Mix all ingredients well.

Makes just less than a cup.
