List of Ingredients



• 2 T. sugar
  
• 1/2 t. dry mustard
  
• 1/2 t. salt
  
• 1/8 t. cayenne
  
• 1/2 t. celery seed
  
• 6 T. vinegar
  
• 1/2 c. sour cream
  
• 1 t. onion juice
  
• 1 T. melted butter
  
• 1 egg beaten
  
• 3 1/2 c. thinly sliced cabbage
  
• 1/2 c. teeny little carrot matchsticks
  






Instructions



1. Mix everything but cabbage and carrots in a heavy saucepan and heat on medium, whisking frequently, 10 - 15 minutes until thick. Chill.
   
2. Toss cabbage and carrots with chilled mixture. Refrigerate.
