Daddy’s Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Recipe Introduction


This is a fantastic dressing that is meant to go with Daddy’s Chopped Salad. It is perfect with that salad, but would go well with any green salad. Very important to make this with freshly grated Parmesan (and feel free to go a little over the amount called for – to taste!).


List of Ingredients




1/2 C. mayonnaise
4 T. sour cream
3 t. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. minced garlic
6 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. Emeril’s Essence (recipe in ‘Seasonings’ section or use seasoning salt)
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper


Recipe



Whisk together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate for at least an hour and taste again before serving.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
