Jessica's Creamy Salad Dressing

Recipe Introduction
Jessica just tossed this dressing together the other night out of stuff that she pulled out of the refrigerator, and it was AMAZING. It was so good that I grabbed a fork and started eating her salad. The next night, I made her make it again while I made notes. This stuff is truly fantastic. A little sweet, very tangy, and not overly creamy. Since she used what we had on hand, she made do with bottled lemon juice, but she says had she had a lemon, she would have used a little less of the real juice and some of the zest.
List of Ingredients
1/2 C Duke's mayo
1/4 C sour cream
4 big cloves of pickled garlic, grated
2 T homemade dill pickle brine (Claussen or any other light colored dill pickle brand will do)
1-1/2 t Penzey's Green Goddess seasoning
1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
2 1/2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 t anchovy paste
2-3 dashes of Frank's hot sauce
Kosher salt and cracked pepper, to taste
Recipe
Whisk all ingredients together to combine. You're looking for a dressing that is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but is still a little drippy. Adjust ratios to taste, you may like it more one element more than another.
