Jessica’s Honey-Poppyseed Dressing

Recipe Introduction
Jessica made this for her Easter salad of baby greens, arugula, mango, blackberries, blueberries, and candied pecans. Despite the honey, this is not a sweet, sweet dressing like most poppyseed dressings are. Really delicious.
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. honey
Juice of 3 lemons
Zest of 2 lemons
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. of kosher salt
Couple grinds of fresh black pepper
1 t. mustard powder
2/3 c. of neutral flavor oil
2 t. poppy seeds
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. Dijon mustard
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Makes about 1 3/4 c.
