Jo’s Bleu Cheese Dressing or Dip

A delicious dressing. Also great with wings! [My notes in brackets]


List of Ingredients




4 ounces, blue cheese crumbles (or less)
about a cup sour cream
1 tablespoon, prepared Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic – minced
about 1/2 cup ricotta
about a tablespoon mayonnaise


Recipe



Blend ingredients together well. [I like to use 3/4 of the cheese and blend that in completely, then add the rest of the cheese crumbled.]

Taste to adjust seasoning.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
