    List of Ingredients


    • 1 t. minced shallots
    • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    • 3/4 c. pureed, strained red grapes
    • 1 t. dijon
    • 1 c. salad oil
    • salt (to taste)


    Instructions


    1. In a large mixing bowl, add shallots, vinegar, grape puree and mustard. Combine by whisking while in a slow, steady stream adding the salad oil. Taste and add salt.
