List of Ingredients
- 1 t. minced shallots
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. pureed, strained red grapes
- 1 t. dijon
- 1 c. salad oil
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add shallots, vinegar, grape puree and mustard. Combine by whisking while in a slow, steady stream adding the salad oil. Taste and add salt.
