Shelby posted these fairly often on eGullet.org and they look so refreshing and a little more interesting than plain old marinated cukes. No precise amounts, just a list of ingredients. You want this to be thinner than Ranch dressing and just slightly sweet. How much dill is up to your tastebuds.


List of Ingredients




Mayo
Sour cream
Lots of fresh dill
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Little bit of sugar
Salt and pepper


Recipe



Mix and add sliced cukes. This will hold fine for a week or so.
