    Just an idea I came up with one day. This worked really well.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
    Pulled Pork, heated
    BBQ Sauce
    Sour Cream

    Recipe



    Use the Jiffy mix to make corncake batter, according to directions. Make waffles using a waffle maker.

    Top with pulled pork, bbq sauce and sour cream.
