THE sauce of choice to accompany prime rib, steak or fondue.
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 c. horseradish - squeezed dry
- 1 T. white wine vinegar
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. dry English mustard (Coleman's)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. white pepper
- 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix first 6 ingredients.
- Beat cream to stiff peaks. Fold in horseradish mix into cream.
