    THE sauce of choice to accompany prime rib, steak or fondue.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. horseradish - squeezed dry
    • 1 T. white wine vinegar
    • 1 t. sugar
    • 1/4 t. dry English mustard (Coleman's)
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/2 t. white pepper
    • 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl mix first 6 ingredients.
    2. Beat cream to stiff peaks. Fold in horseradish mix into cream.
