Jessica’s Big Mac “Special Sauce”

Recipe Introduction


Jessica made those internet Big Mac tacos for dinner one night. They were fun and good, and her sauce was great. Wonderful on burgers, but it will make a great salad dressing, too. If you don’t have pickled garlic brine and pickled garlic, use four cloves of fresh garlic and an additional 1 1/2 t. of white vinegar.


List of Ingredients




1 t Granulated Garlic
2 t Paprika
1/8 t White pepper
1 t onion powder
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T Gulden’s spicy mustard
1 t White vinegar
1 c Duke’s mayo
1/2 c sweet relish
3 pickled garlic cloves, finely minced
1 1/2 t pickled garlic brine
Pinch of kosher salt
Couple grinds of cracked pepper
Pinch of dried dill


Recipe



Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Let refrigerate for 45 min before eating.
