    Mike's Mustard BBQ Sauce

    When Mike made this, he felt that it needed some time to mellow out - 2 days actually. He used it on pulled pork that he smoked in his new smoker. Make sure that you use good balsamic vinegar - ours wasn't that great and you could really tell in the sauce - it was a little bitter.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 T. butter
    1 T. Wochestershire sauce
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 t. cayenne
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1 t. tomato paste

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients together and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
