Mike’s Brisket Sauce

A savory and slightly sweet sauce that is perfect for smoked brisket. Everyone liked this sauce.
List of Ingredients
2 cans tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. cayenne
1/4 t. Frank’s hot sauce
2 capfuls Worcestershire sauce
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 Bay leaf
1 t. paprika
2 drops fish sauce
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to simmer and continue to cook and stirring, without boiling, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stirring occasionally, allow to cool. Remove the bay leaf and transfer to a plastic squeeze bottle.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
