Rachel puts this sauce together when she is serving grocery store rotisserie chicken. It makes a nice little sauce for the chicken or a side of rice. It really elevates the flavor.


List of Ingredients




Juice from the bottom of the container + any juices that collect when carving
Soy sauce
Powdered garlic
Sesame oil




Recipe



Measure the chicken juices and add about 1/3 as much soy sauce, a shake of the garlic and a drop or two of sesame oil (to taste).

Heat before serving.
