Yogurt-Garlic Sauce

Mike made this. His note: This sauce was used for smoked lamb. Emeril’s original recipe called for 1 t garlic, 1 t mint, ¼ t salt, 1 cup drained regular yogurt 1 T EVOO. Upon tasting, this just seemed a little bland for use on smoked meat.
List of Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 T. EVOO
1 1/2 t. minced garlic
2 t. minced fresh mint leaves
3/8 t salt
Recipe
Whisk yogurt until smooth. Throw in the rest of the ingredients and combine.
Yields a heavy cup.
