Recipe Introduction
Jessica's version of the classic, creamy and delicious "salad". She says you can use more or less pineapple and you can substitute pecans for the walnuts.
List of Ingredients
3.4 oz. pkg. Instant Pistachio pudding mix
4 oz. Cool Whip
Half of a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (approximately)
1/2 – 3/4 c. toasted walnuts
1 c. mini marshmallows
Shredded coconut (optional)
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Recipe
Mix together the pudding mix, pineapple, walnuts, mini marshmallows, and coconut (if using). Carefully fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate for a few hours to overnight before serving.
Serves 8.
