    Perfect Perogy Casserole

    “My Family’s Favorite Recipes” at the Recipe Circus

    List of Ingredients


    • 16 – 20 frozen perogies
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • ¼ c. milk
    • 1 T. butter
    • ½ c. ham, diced
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • ¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    • 10 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
    • black pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.

    3. In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and soup and pour over the casserole. Top with cheddar cheese.

    4. Bake for 35 minutes.

    Serves 6 – 8.
