Perfect Perogy Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 16 – 20 frozen perogies
- 1 onion, chopped
- ¼ c. milk
- 1 T. butter
- ½ c. ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- ¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 10 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
- In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and soup and pour over the casserole. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes.

Serves 6 – 8.
