Spicy Oyster Cracker Snack

Recipe Introduction
We've always liked the regular recipe for the oyster crackers - Ranch dressing mix, lemon pepper and dill, but I was looking for something different to serve as a casual pick up snack for Mike's fantasy football draft party in August 2008. I thought since it was a group of guys, it might be good to spice up the same recipe. These turned out really well - spicy, but not overpowering. And as hard to stop munching on as the original ones! I don't think that the crackers come in 16 oz. bags anymore; don't worry about it, just use the smaller (12 oz., I think) one - no adjustment necessary.
List of Ingredients
16 oz. oyster crackers
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip & dressing mix
1 t. chili powder
1 t. dried minced garlic
1/2 t. cayenne
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Mix dressing mix, chili powder, garlic and cayenne in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, pour oil over the crackers and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the dry mix and toss very well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
