Recipe Introduction
This is embarrassingly easy. Real low-rent, white trash cooking. But, it’s good. I added some cooked chicken and leftover broccoli and made a chowder out of it.
List of Ingredients
4 T. butter
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup
½ soup can of mayonnaise
8 oz. Velveeta
14 oz. chicken broth
Pepper, to taste
Hot sauce, to taste
Recipe
Put butter, soups, mayonnaise and Velveeta in large saucepan, stirring constantly over medium heat until smooth. Stir in broth and pepper and hot sauce. Stir occasionally until hot, but DO NOT boil.
Serves 4 – 6. Do not freeze. Use within one week.
