Recipe Introduction
A really good, stew-type chili. The tomatoes stay chunky. Another wonderful version of chili!
List of Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef
1 – 2 onions, diced
1 – 2 green pepper, diced
2 – 20 oz. cans kidney or pinto beans
4 lg. cans diced tomatoes
2 envelopes chili mix
1 small can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
Sugar
Chili powder
Recipe
Brown meat, onions and green pepper; drain. Drain beans. Add everything else to meat and vegetable mix except paste, sugar and chili powder. Simmer one hour. Add enough tomato paste to thicken to desired consistency. Add sugar and chili powder to taste. Simmer another half hour or so.
