List of Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. cream style corn
- 2 c. skimmed evaporated milk
- 6 T. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute bacon. Add onoin and celery and saute 5 minutes. Add potatoes and saute 5 minutes. Add stock and one cup water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn. Heat 5 minutes. Add milk and butter. Heat to just steaming. Add salt and pepper to taste.
