Caramelized Brioche Buns
Source of Recipe
My version of something I saw on The Cooking Channel
Recipe Introduction
I think I was watching “Unique Sweets” when I saw someone making something similar to this. I can’t be sure that the rolls that they used were brioche, but that made sense to me. They surpassed my expectations. They were just sweet enough and the caramelized condensed milk was incredible. Don’t forget to use the sea salt – it perfects the buns. The brioche don’t have to be fresh-baked. A couple of days old or even out of the freezer is fine.
List of Ingredients
1 batch of Dorie’s Bubble-Top Brioche
Whipped butter (make your own)
Sweetened condensed milk
Sea salt
Recipe
