This is the perfect rub to use for Mike’s smoked Hot & Fast Chicken. It’s a little different than the one that is on the recipe, but we think this one is excellent, too.

1 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 T. Montreal Chicken Seasoning
3/4 T. sugar
3/4 t. Bell’s Seasoning
