Just a simple glaze for cake or doughnuts. I used this on my Cake Mix Chocolate Pound Cake. I didn’t want to have to refrigerate the cake, so I used water instead of milk.
Whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder. Slowly stir in the milk (or water) and vanilla a little at a time. Stop when the consistency is what you want.
Makes enough for 1 pound cake or a dozen doughnuts.
