    Recipe Introduction

This makes a really smooth frosting. It is especially good with cakes that are in shapes - I did a bunny for Easter dessert and then decorated with piped frosting - looked VERY professional! (and I am most decidedly NOT!).
I don't know if this will be new to everyone else, but it was to me and I thought it was a really cool trick.

    List of Ingredients

1 tub of canned frosting (any flavor)

    Recipe

You can put 1 1/2 cups of prepared frosting (the kind that comes in a tub) in the microwave for about 25 seconds and stir. It becomes very runny and you can pour it over a cake placed on a rack over a baking sheet. Let set for 5 minutes. Scrape any frosting off the sheet, re-microwave and pour again.
